When I retired from the school system, I found myself searching for a new sense of purpose. Then this building came on the market, and I immediately said, “YES!”

Throughout its long history, this building has served the community I love, and I wanted to continue that tradition. I love hearing people’s stories of weddings upstairs, visits to City Hall, the food bank, and yes—even the dreaded wait at the motor vehicle office! So many people walk through these doors with memories here. My hope is to honor that while creating new ones, with warmth and personal service at the heart of everything we do.

Bringing this historic and iconic building back to life has been an incredible journey. I am deeply grateful to everyone who has supported, contributed to, and encouraged its revitalization!
